These terms govern use of BoroWay, a product of NinetySix Technologies LLC. By using BoroWay, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable standard end-user license agreement.
Transit information
BoroWay provides planning assistance using public and third-party transit information. Arrival estimates, routes, accessibility information and service alerts can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Always follow official signs, announcements, personnel instructions and conditions around you.
No agency affiliation
BoroWay is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority or the City of New York.
Subscriptions and purchases
Digital purchases are processed by Apple. Subscription prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled through your Apple account. Features and introductory offers may change, but purchased rights will be honored as required by law and Apple policy.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer protected components, bypass access controls or use it unlawfully.
Intellectual property
BoroWay’s original software, interface, brand and content are owned by NinetySix Technologies LLC or its licensors. Transit names, marks and data remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoroWay is not liable for missed trains, travel delays, incorrect third-party data, indirect damages or events outside its reasonable control.
